Alcuilux Desox S.A. is a family-owned company of the Gottschol Group with a long-standing tradition in aluminium recycling. Since the 1960s, we have been producing deoxidation aluminium and other aluminium grades at our site in Eselborn (Luxembourg) using remelting processes.
With a current annual capacity of around 60,000 tons, we are a reliable base supplier to the European aluminium and steel industry. Our customers particularly value our high delivery reliability and our extensive experience in aluminium recycling. As a company with strong roots in tradition, we combine proven expertise with modern production processes, contributing to sustainable resource use and a circular economy.
We tailor the chemical composition of our products to customer specifications, covering a range from 94% to 96% aluminium content. As raw material, we use exclusively selected, recyclable aluminium scrap, which our team melts efficiently in modern furnaces and processes into high-quality products.
Continuous process optimization and targeted investments in state-of-the-art technologies ensure a high degree of flexibility as well as short and reliable delivery times.
In addition to our own production, we offer a tolling service for aluminium dross and scrap, which we melt efficiently in modern facilities and process flexibly according to customer requirements into high-quality aluminium sows.
